Lettuce Wraps with Turkey, Tomato, and Cucumber

Ingredients:
4 small lettuce leaves - 15 calories
3 oz cooked turkey breast, diced - 135 calories
Few cherry tomatoes, sliced - 5 calories
1 small cucumber, diced or sliced - 20 calories
1 tablespoon low-calorie ranch dressing (or any other low-calorie dressing of your choice) - Calories vary

Dressing

Instructions:
Begin by preparing the lettuce leaves. Gently wash them under cold water, then pat them dry with a paper towel. This will make them ready for wrapping.
In a bowl, mix the diced turkey breast, sliced tomato, and prepared cucumber together.
Add the low-calorie ranch dressing to the mixture, and toss everything gently until well combined. Season with pepper to taste.
Lay one of the lettuce leaves flat on a plate. Place about 2 tablespoons of the turkey and vegetable mixture in the center of the leaf.
Repeat this process with the remaining ingredients, making three more wraps.
