Tuna on Cucumber Rounds

Ingredients:
12 oz can of tuna in water - 250 calories
1/4 cup of celery - 4 calories
1/4 cup of red onion - 18 calories
1/4 cup of red bell pepper - 10 calories
1 tablespoon of lemon juice - 3 calories
1/4 teaspoon of salt - 0 calories
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper - 2 calories
6-8 thinly sliced cucumber rounds - 10 calories

Instructions:
Start by draining out the liquid from the tuna. Place the tuna into a bowl.
Add the diced celery and red onion to the bowl with the tuna.
Add the lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the tuna mixture.
Mix everything together until it's well combined.
Arrange your thinly sliced cucumber rounds on a plate or in a small serving dish.
Spoon the tuna salad mixture over the cucumber rounds. You can use as much or as little as you like, depending on your preference.
Optional: If you want to get fancy, slice the onion and red pepper, instead of dicing them. Then stack the ingredients on the cucumber rounds as depicted in the first image.
