Ingredients:
1 can of tuna (in water) - 125 calories
1/2 cup of mixed greens (like spinach, arugula, and lettuce) - 10 calories

1 tablespoon of sliced almonds - 40 calories
1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard - 5 calories
1 tablespoon of lemon juice - 3 calories
